It is made out of a sock!

And the "recipe" for making one:

YOU WILL NEED: Some cotton, a hat and a scarf, a permanent marker, a regular orange marker, a sock, a straw or stick to support the body. Then put the cotton in the sock then put straw or stick down the middle of the sock then put black dots for the eyes and a sideways triangle for the nose and a hat for the head.
 
 

I wrote a quick sheet on Abraham Lincoln:

Abraham Lincoln was a nice man with a stove pipe hat. He made a famous speech. He carries his notes in his hat. He was the 16th president.
